Refund policy

Returns
Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refrunded unfortunately sale items and jewelry cannot be refunded. Please include your name and email with return and ship to The Flamingo Ranch, 2853 Hwy 290 W, Brenham, TX 77833. Returns will receive store credit.
